Karen Ellison, who signs her work “Karmel”, lives on the Big Island of Hawai’i, where the Spirit of Aloha inspires her art. From a fresh cup of coffee in the morning to a soothing sunset in the evening, Hawai’i fills her with the Breath of Life.

Her award-winning art has been displayed in galleries and gift shops. She hopes her paintings bring you the hope of light in a sometimes dark world.

Karen works in many mediums including watercolor, acrylics, oil, photography and colored pencils. Some original work is available, as well as signed and numbered artist giclees. She’d love to hear from you on your favorite designs.
